Mike’s Complete Auto Service
Mike’s Complete Auto Service is a family owned and operated auto repair and truck repair shop.
Located in Plain City, Ohio, our full service automotive facility has been fixing customers’ cars and trucks in the Northwest Columbus area since 1999.
We've always intended for our shop to be a friendly place where you can bring your vehicle and know it will be fixed right by people that care about you and your safety.
History of Mike’s Complete Auto Service
Mike Lewis started with his own mobile truck repair service, which he drove around repairing trucks. Finally in 1999 Mike built his own shop at his present location. Initially he repaired trucks and then gradually automotives - along with a host of other vehicles such as fire trucks, backhoes, buses, golf carts, etc.
Mike installed a 60 ft front-end alignment pit to align big rigs. Last year he employed a parts manager to manage the growing parts department. Mike has computerized his shop with the latest repair information on all vehicles. He keeps himself updated on a daily basis with information from various vendors.
Despite economic hardships of the area, Mike’s Complete Service auto repair shop has not only been able to stay open, but also grow and prosper.
“My goal is to repair every vehicle right the first time. I am not satisfied if you are not satisfied with our services. I will strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.” – Mike Lewis
In May 2010 we enlisted with www.truckrepair.com and have benefited from out of state truckers calling us for repairs. We have an A+ rating with Columbus BBB.

National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence Defined
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) was established in 1972 with the purpose of improving the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals in the Automotive Industry.
To pass certification, the candidate has to have 2 years of working experience and pass a thorough exam by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Additionally, to remain certified, those with ASE credentials must be retested every five years.
How does this help you?
It gives you a quality yard stick by which to measure your auto repair shop. A shop whose mechanics are ASE certified, is current and fully trained on the services they are providing on your vehicle.
